Verifique o sal.&lt;br /&gt;PURÊ:&lt;br /&gt;6 batatas médias, cozidas e espremidas, já frias;2 colheres de sopa de leite;2 colheres de sopa de maionese;4 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo;1 clara (para dar a liga na massa)&lt;br /&gt;MOLHO BRANCO:&lt;br /&gt;500 ml de leite;3 colheres de sopa de farinha;3 colheres de sopa de manteiga/margarina;1 colher de chá de nós moscadasal a gosto.Leve tudo ao fogo e mexa até engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;Misture o refogado de bacalhau, com o purê. Acredito que possa ser até aqueles de caixinha.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Recheio: Eu usei, 10 cerejas frescas picadas, 2 colheres de sopa de frutas cristalizadas, 2 colheres de sopa de uva passa preta, 50 gramas de coco ralado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Modo de preparar: Enquanto picava as frutas, coloquei a calda no fogo. Ela não pode ficar muito seca...cuidado!
